SHIPPING POLICY

Doormats:
All doormats are handmade to order and ship within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Decals:
Decals ship within 3–5 business days.

Digital Products:
Digital items are available for instant download after purchase.

Local Delivery (Plano, TX + Surrounding Areas):
We offer local delivery in Plano and nearby areas, including Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, and North Dallas.

  • Delivery Fee: $5

  • Free delivery on orders over $75

  • We will contact you to schedule a convenient drop-off once your order is ready.

Note: We do not offer local pickup at this time.

RETURN POLICY

Due to the handmade and digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns at this time.
All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
