  • How do I access my digital download?
    After purchase, your digital file will be available for download immediately. A link will also be sent to your email.
  • Can I print my digital planner more than once?
    Yes, you can print it as many times as needed for personal use. Commercial or resale use is not permitted.
  • Are digital items refundable?
    No. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Due to the handmade and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at info@raeelleco.com so we can help.
  • What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
    Please email a photo and description of the issue to info@raeelleco.com within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
  • Are custom orders refundable?
    Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. We review each request with care and confirm all details before production.
  • Are your books faith-based?
    Many of our books are rooted in Christian values and scriptures, but we also offer books focused on confidence, creativity, and personal growth for all ages.
  • What’s included in the Super Kids Coloring Book?
    The book features 24 coloring pages with Bible verses, 3 prayer pages, 2 pages for writing prayers, and a certificate of completion. It’s perfect for ages 4 and up.
  • Can I request a custom decal or design?
    Yes! We accept custom decal and vinyl design requests. Reach out to us via email or use the contact form to share your vision.
  • Do you offer local pick-up?
    Yes! Local pick-up is available for customers in the Plano, TX area. Select the pick-up option at checkout and we’ll email you with details.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    All handmade orders ship within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise noted. Digital products are available for download immediately after purchase. Local pick-up options are available at checkout.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location. Local pick-up is free.
